1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the amon77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. amon77 strictly enforces this requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the verified payment source (less any bonuses claimed), and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided.
4. Not a Prohibited Person: You confirm that you are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Clause 1, and that you are not acting on behalf of any Prohibited Person.
5. Own Account: You must use the Platform solely for your own personal, recreational use. You may not operate your Account on behalf of any third party.
6. Indonesia Market Context: While amon77 is licensed and operated internationally, the Platform is accessible to Indonesian residents. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction before participating. amon77 does not provide legal advice.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features on the amon77 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during registration. You agree to the following obligations:

1. You will provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and accurate contact information. Submission of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3. You will notify amon77 immediately via the support channels listed in Clause 16 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any suspected security breach.
4. amon77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
5. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any bets placed or withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

Account registration does not itself require a deposit. However, certain features — including withdrawals and bonus eligibility — require completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

amon77 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC). KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at any point during a Player's engagement with the Platform.

1. Required Documents: Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP Nasional — Indonesian National Identity Card — is the preferred document for Indonesian residents), a recent proof of residential address (dated within 3 months), and a live selfie photograph alongside the submitted ID document.
2. Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–24 hours during operational hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Complex cases may take longer; amon77 will communicate any extension via the registered email address.
3. Ongoing Verification: amon77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, source of funds, or updated identity documents.
4. Refusal to Verify: If a Player refuses to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe, amon77 may suspend or close the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
5. Data Handling: KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. They are not shared with third parties except where required by law or regulation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the amon77 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

1. Accepted deposit methods include: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
2. Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 via bank transfer; Rp 20.000 via e-wallet. Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 100.000.000 (subject to the limits of the payment method used).
3. Deposits made during standard banking hours (08:00–17:00 WIB, Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays) via BCA or BRI typically settle within minutes. Off-hours transfers and other banks may take up to 24 jam.
4. amon77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from an account in the registered Player's own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review.

5.2 Withdrawals

1. Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 via bank transfer; Rp 50.000 via e-wallet.
2. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 hours for verified accounts during WIB banking hours. amon77 does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases but aims to complete the majority of requests within the same business day.
3. Withdrawals must be directed to an account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4. amon77 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Third-party bank or e-wallet fees may apply and are beyond amon77's control.
5. amon77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that exceeds standard thresholds or that is flagged by our risk management systems.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

amon77 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus (or winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
2. Welcome Bonus: The first-deposit welcome bonus is available to new registered Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an Account under any name or payment method are not eligible.
3. Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
4. Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino, slots, and togel products may carry different contribution rates as specified per promotion.
5. Abuse Prevention: amon77 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings, and close any Account where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms is identified. Decisions made by amon77 under this clause are final.
6. Modification: amon77 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the amon77 Platform are subject to the following rules:

1. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended except as provided under specific market rules (e.g., void bets due to event cancellation or abandonment).
2. In the event of a technical error or system failure that results in an incorrectly priced market, amon77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes without interest.
3. For bandar bola (Indonesian-style football bookmaking) markets, all results and settlements are based on official competition results as published by the relevant governing body. Settlement disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the event result being published.
4. Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time due to match events, data feed issues, or risk management decisions. amon77 is not liable for any inability to place a bet during a live event suspension.
5. Maximum payout limits apply per sport, per market, and per event. Maximum limits are communicated on the relevant market page and are subject to change. Where a bet exceeds the maximum payout, winnings will be capped at the stated limit.
6. amon77 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any Player at any time, based on individual betting patterns, risk exposure, or account history. Exercise of this right is at amon77's sole discretion and does not entitle the Player to any compensation.

8. Responsible Gaming

amon77 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools and policies are in place for all Players:

1. Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
2. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
3. Loss Limits: Players may set caps on allowable losses per session, per day, or per week.
4. Session Time Limits: Players may restrict their daily active play time.
5. Reality Checks: Periodic notifications are available to remind Players of their session duration and net gambling balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the amon77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to amon77 support immediately.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to conceal funds of unlawful origin.
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating account sharing.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing amon77 staff or other Players via any channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the amon77 Platform — including but not limited to the amon77 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds formats, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of amon77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from amon77.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, amon77 excludes all liability for:

1. Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
2. Service interruptions, including scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failure, or events on Indonesian national holidays).
3. The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, live scores, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.
4. Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

amon77's total aggregate liability to any Player, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

amon77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments include: data encryption in transit and at rest; no sale of personal data to third-party marketing entities; retention of data only for as long as necessary for operational, legal, and regulatory purposes; and your right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable retention obligations.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

amon77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Risk management decisions based on betting patterns or account activity.
• Regulatory obligations or instruction from a relevant authority.

Where an Account is closed by amon77 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. amon77 will communicate closure decisions via the registered email address.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Real-money balances will be returned subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

amon77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players) may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to an updated version, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.

The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which amon77 is licensed and incorporated as an offshore entity. The specific jurisdiction details are available upon written request to our compliance team.

In the event of a dispute between you and amon77, the following process applies:

1. Initial Resolution: Contact amon77 customer support with a detailed description of your complaint. Our team will aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days (WIB).
2. Formal Complaint: If the initial resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our Compliance department at the email address listed in Clause 16. Formal complaints will receive a written response within 14 business days.
3. External Resolution: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally, amon77 participates in the dispute resolution process available under its gaming license terms. Details of the relevant independent dispute resolution body will be provided upon request.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights or your right to seek redress through courts of competent jurisdiction. Indonesian Players should note that the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and judgments in Indonesia is subject to Indonesian procedural law.
